Returning team members will receive the handbook via email. Team Placements for All-Star “Elite” and All-Star “Prep” teams are in April each year and our All-Star “Novice” teams begin in September!
Students will need to wear comfortable clothes, cheer shoes or tennis shoes and hair pulled back to tryouts. Tryouts Ages are based on the year the athlete was born.
ALL-STAR ELITE & PREP TEAM PLACEMENTS- Take place each year in April & May. Call us at 402-489-5111 for information about our full year teams or beginning in February, enter your name & email on the main page of our website and we will send you the information about our Full-Year team placements!
ALL-STAR “PREP” TEAMS- This is for our Intro, Level 1 & 2 athletes, or any athletes wanting a smaller commitment. This is a great way to experience Competitive cheer with a smaller commitment to practice & traveling. These teams will practice once a week during our summer and the school year. They will have a less expensive uniform than our Allstar Elite teams and they will attend 5 competitions in Omaha/Council Bluffs and travel no more than 3 hours away (Ex: Kansas City, Des Moines, Sioux Falls) to a few events.
ALL-STAR “ELITE” TEAMS- For athletes on Level 1-6 teams that want to compete in our region but also travel some. Another great option for athletes switching from half year to full year! These teams are very talented and dedicated athletes wanting the challenge and commitment of traveling to a bigger nationals and athletes demonstrating skills with excellent technique and maximum skills in their level to compete with the best of the best
2020- TEAM PLACEMENTS– Athlete Skill Evaluations are on April 18th & 19th! Athletes will come have their skills evaluated and then invited to attend our Tryout Practices in May with a specific team during May 11-20th.

April 18th- All athletes that cannot perform a Round-Off BHS Back Tuck on floor without a spot
2:00-3:15pm- Athletes who were born in the years 2011-2015
3:30-4:45pm- Athletes who were born in the years 2008-2010
5:00-6:15pm- Athletes who were born in the years 2001-2007 (but if born in 2001 they must have been born between 6/1/2001-12/31/2001 to be eligible for senior teams. If born before 6/1/2001 they are only eligible for an OPEN team should we have one.
April 19th- Only for athletes that can perform a Round-Off BHS Back Tuck or higher skills
2:00-3:30pm- Athletes who were born in the years 2008-2012
3:45-5:15pm- Athletes who were born in the years 2001-2007 (but if born in 2001 they must have been born between 6/1/2001-12/31/2001 to be eligible for senior teams. If born before 6/1/2001 they are only eligible for an OPEN team should we have one.
ALL-STAR NOVICE TEAM SIGN UPS WILL BEGIN JULY 30th!
Our Half-Year Teams! This is a great way to get involved in cheer if you’re just starting out or want a smaller time & financial commitment. They will perform locally and compete in the USASF “Novice” division at 2-3 events in Omaha. The season runs from September through March and teams will practice once week. Novice teams have a less expensive uniform and have no skill requirements or tryouts for teams.
