Birthday parties at Cheer Xpress are a fun and entertaining time! Our professional staff will ensure a great time for everyone, a stress-free time for parents, and a lasting memory for the Birthday Child! We provide a 1 hour, 45 minute party. This involves a 5-10 minute meet & greet session, 45 minutes of instruction or free play (depending on your party) as well as games and obstacle courses, 30-45 minutes for the guests to relax, eat cake and open presents, and the last 10-15 minutes will be set aside for more free play or to show off what they learned and take pictures! Choose a "Themed Party" or "Open Gym" style party!

The party includes the rental of our facility for 1 hour 45 minutes, a party host/instructor from our staff (2 for larger parties), the use of a table & chairs for cake and present time, set up and clean up time!! All parties get the use of our party area, cheer gym, trampoline, foam pit, tumble track and other equipment. You will be responsible for any table cloth or extra decorations you want to bring in as well as food/drink. We suggest bringing a cooler if you have things that need to stay cold, but we do have a small amount of room in a freezer/refrigerator if absolutely needed. A cash tip for your party host at the end is greatly appreciated if you like what they did, but always optional.

To Book Your Party- Please call our office at 402-489-5111 or cheerxpressoffice@gmail.com to schedule your party and pay for your party package! A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. You will receive a call from a CX party planner the week of to check in on party numbers and plans, and the invoice for your remaining balance will be due the week of the party. Any additional fees you owe (for extra children showing up to the party) will be due at the day of the party.

PARTY PACKAGES

Mini Party- $150 for up to 10 children, including the birthday child. If more than 10 children attend the party, you will be charged $10 for each additional child over the included 10.

Mega Party- $225 for up to 20 children, including the birthday child. If more than 20 children attend the party, you will be charged $10 for each additional child over the included 10.

PARTY THEMES

Open Gym Party- Our most popular party choice! Kids will come in comfortable clothes they can move in. Instructors will go over gym safety and allow plenty of free time for the kids to play on the equipment. Games, relay races and obstacle courses will take place throughout the party. This party is great for girls & boys of all ages!

Nerf Gun Party - Get ready for some fun!!  Children will have obstacle courses set up and nerf guns supplied!  Our instructors will help facilitate some fun with the nerf guns.  Children will also have access to our trampoline, tumble track, and equipment for free play!

​

Princess Party- Children will come dressed as their favorite princess. Our instructors will teach the children a fun princess dance. They will show off their new dance moves at the "Royal Ball" at the end of the party. They will also have free time to play on the equipment!

Cheerleader Pep Rally Party- Children will come dressed as a cheerleader or in their favorite teams shirt. Our instructors will provide pom-poms for their use if they do not have their own. They will learn cheers, jumps, a pom routine and tumbling! The children will do a "Pep Rally" performance at the end of the party. GOOOOO Birthday Girl!
